Having arrived here you may be considering psychotherapy/counselling.
Maybe you are feeling bad and don't know why. Maybe you don't know how you feel
but have a sense that something is not right. Maybe your career path has hit a dead
end and you need new direction. Maybe your relationship or relationships are at
a critical point where they have to change but you can't see how. Psychotherapy/counselling
is very useful here. The process helps us to look at the patterns that have got
you to this point. In unravelling the patterns, new ways of seeing your life emerge
from within providing a base for positive and lasting change.

I also offer a short-form of psychotherapy/counselling called
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). This looks at how our thoughts and
behaviour influence how we feel and visa versa. We then look at alternative ways
of thinking and behaving to open up new dimensions of life for us. CBT is designed
to look at quite specific target areas, such as a phobia, thus I offer sessions
in a batch of 7 or 12 only.

Finally, I offer workshops and classes in PsychotherapyYoga.
This is a unique integration of body psychotherapy and yoga. Yoga helps us develop
a deeper bodily awareness that is calming and pleasurable. This stays for a time
but we can soon return to being more stressed and tense. PsychotherapyYoga helps
us to develop this awareness to explore the tension itself and use therapeutic dialogue
to trace it's origins. This helps us remain more calm in our daily lives.
